No card-other creative endeavor today

Good Monday Morning! Nice and breezy today and not as hot. However, Mr. Weatherman says it will be hot again tomorrow. So today would be a good day to work outdoors, but I am on the road. Hence, the no card blog for today.

Instead of a card I am bringing you another of my creations… a couple of pieces of jewelry. I am afraid I enjoy too many things, and thus I am not an expert at any of them! However, enjoyment is more important to me than perfecting any particular skill, so I just keep enjoying all of the things I do.

My granddaughters tell me I should make more jewelry and sell it, but so far that hasn’t happened. I make it because I enjoy it, and because I like giving it as a gift.

Here are a couple of pieces I did, one for each of my daughters.

This one is Lapis Lazuli, copper wire wrapped and beads. She likes birds, so there is an attached bird and nest.

This one is for the daughter who loves purple and shades of purple. It is also beaded and copper wire wrapped.
